A £20 Non-refundable Deposit is Required to Book a Nail Appointment- Should you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment 48 Hours’ notice will be required to cancel or change, failure to do so will result in a lost deposit that cannot be transferred to another slot. Please do not ask as refusal often offends. In addition, as my business is run from my home I ask that this policy is respected. Please do not arrive any earlier that 5minutes before your appointment time, as I am working from home waiting room is limited. Please can I ask that you remain in your car until I am ready for you for ease of transition. Please ensure that you arrive to your appointment on time as late arrivals may result in your service not able to be carried out and will result in a lost deposit. Eating is not permitted whilst your service is being carried out, please ensure you eat beforehand as there will not be time to take a break during your appointment time. Please do not use your mobile phone whilst your nail service is being carried out. Due to the nature of nail services, I will always need your hands and less distractions ensures that I can carry out my work efficiently. Mobile phone distractions often result in delayed time and sometimes smudged work which I do not have time to correct.
