Gift Card Policy 1.Validity Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. After this period, the card will expire and will no longer be redeemable. 2.Services Covered Gift cards can be redeemed for any nail service offered at Sarah Elizabeth Nail Services, including Russian manicure, BIAB, Hard Gel, Acrylic and nail art. 3.Booking Appointments must be booked in advance. Please mention your gift card when booking so we can apply it to your service. 4.Non-Transferable Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. 5.Lost or Stolen Cards Sarah Elizabeth Nail Services is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Treat your card like cash. 6.Additional Costs If the value of your chosen service exceeds the gift card amount, the balance must be paid at the time of the appointment. 7.Extensions No extensions are available past the 6-month validity period. Please ensure your gift card is used within this timeframe.
Client Refund & Nail Repair Policy No Refund Policy I do not offer refunds on any nail services. Once a service has been completed and accepted at the appointment, it is deemed to have been provided to a satisfactory standard. Refunds will not be given for: • Change of mind • Wear and tear • Breakages caused by misuse • Dissatisfaction raised outside the repair timeframe This policy complies with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which does not require refunds where services have been carried out with reasonable care and skill. Nail Repairs: I offer complimentary nail repairs within 7 days of your original appointment, subject to the following conditions: • Repairs must be reported within 7 days of the appointment date • The damage must be due to a genuine fault with the application • Repairs are offered for individual nails only, not full sets • Proof (clear photos) may be requested before booking a repair After 7 days, any breakages, lifting, or damage are considered normal wear and tear or misuse and will be chargeable. What Is Not Covered: Free repairs do not apply if damage is caused by: • Using nails as tools (e.g. opening lids, picking, scraping) • Excessive force or impact • Incorrect aftercare • Accidental damage • Work carried out by another nail technician Repairs & Appointments • Repairs are carried out by appointment only • Repairs are subject to availability • Failure to attend a repair appointment without notice may result in charges for future repairs Right to Refuse Service: I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any client at my discretion, including (but not limited to): • Unreasonable or aggressive communication • Repeated dissatisfaction without reasonable cause • Failure to respect business policies • Behaviour that makes me feel uncomfortable or unsafe This decision is final and does not require justification.
